Why a Retail Pharmacy Owners Mastermind Alliance?
For the past ten years, Business Owners International has brought together owners and executives of retail pharmacy operations to create achievement oriented Alliances in which members learn from each other and grow. Each Mastermind Alliance consists of seven to twelve elite owners and executives who work in the same industry but come from non-compete markets.

What, When and Where?
Retail Pharmacy Mastermind Alliance members meet twice a year for two days in a predetermined city, to share their knowledge and to work on their goals of becoming stronger leaders - not only in their companies but in their personal lives as well. They discuss topics of utmost importance to their businesses and their lives, and they gain access to their industry's best practices as well as advice and assistance for tackling specific problems. Meet our Retail Pharmacy Mastermind Facilitator, Bill Chionio
Hi, I'm Bill Chionio, and I'm proud to be the group facilitator for the Retail Pharmacy Mastermind Alliance. I believe the facilitator's job is to "support everyone to do their best thinking." I work to help the group achieve its goals of building a group of trusted advisors and industry experts that provide members with:
- Ideas to increase sales and profits
- A forum to develop solutions to difficult problems members face as they strive to stay profitable and grow their business
I provide structure to discussions by carefully developing an agenda and then guide the discussion to ensure that everyone has opportunity to contribute. I also support the meeting by insuring that information, such as the Performance Matrix, is consolidated in a format that optimizes sharing. I draw upon over 15 years of operating my own business, as well as a number of years as a member of various peer groups.
