David Chionio

David Chionio is Vice President of Business Owners International. 

David primarily works on recruiting new members to our Mastermind Alliances by providing support to BOI Associates and showing value to potential Mastermind Alliance members.  He is responsible for website development and maintenance.  David also assists with preparation, facilitation, and follow-up to Mastermind Alliance meetings. David understands people always want to know, “What’s in it for me?" so he strives to discover how BOI can best serve the unique needs of our clients.       

Before coming to work with BOI, David graduated with honors from Maryville University of St. Louis. He has four years experience in a leadership position with Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse.  David helped develop strategic plans for Lowe's to improve sales, customer service, and inventory management in order to exceed demanding store performance goals.  David then accepted a Training Consultant position with Dale Carnegie, St. Louis where he learned business-to-business communications and gained world-class human relations training. He worked with his clients to uncover training needs, and then guided their key employees through the right professional development programs.

David’s personal interests include reading, hiking and camping, and spending time with his family.
