Bill Chionio

Bill Chionio is the Founder and Owner of Business Owners International.

Bill is a graduate of St. Louis University, and also holds an MBA from Washington University.  He started his career as a public school teacher in the mid-1970's. After teaching for a number of years, he moved on to Texas Instruments where he excelled as a top Regional Sales Specialist for over ten years. Bill left Texas Instruments and started his own business, Sigma Staffing, which he ran successfully for ten years. During his Sigma Staffing years, Bill was a member of a peer group and it was a powerful resource for him as a small business owner. After selling Sigma Staffing, Bill started Business Owners International to help fellow owners gain control of their businesses and attain balance in their lives.     

Bill facilitates our Mastermind Alliance meetings when necessary, but his main priority is developing structure within the business that can support his strategic plans for the future growth of BOI. His passion is coaching select BOI members on changing behaviors that hold them prisoner in their own businesses.  Bill says, "Kings rarely battle in the front-lines and the biggest problem I encounter is business owners and executives trying to fight in the front lines every day.  Not only will your company's growth suffer with that behavior, your health and family suffer as well.  Our peer groups offer a chance to leave the day to day operations behind and discuss strategy and the 'big picture' with other smart industry leaders."
